Cardiff Look For First win in Four at Forest

Cardiff City travel to Nottingham Forest’s City Ground winless in three games and desperate to get back on the winning trail to maintain their top six position

The hosts have dropped into the relegation zone on just 21 points with a un of six games which has seen them take just one point and lose five of the games. The fans have had to endure three consecutive home defeats and Cardiff City will be hoping to extend that run to four with a win on New Years Eve

Cardiff have to turn around their own fortunes though after failing to win in their last three games. Defeat at home to Middlesbrough, is sandwiched between two away draws against Watford and Millwall, so this trip to the East Midlands still leaves them with a job in hand.

Forest look to have been taken to the brink of failure this season with poor management and Steve Cotterill is the latest since Billy Davies was let go, to try to steer a very dodgy ship. The club are in a state at present, and Cardiff will show no mercy

Recommendation: 6/4 for Cardiff to win is a good price
