 All the experts tell us that the way to make a consistent profit form betting is to find value picks. But what exactly is a value bet? You make a value bet by backing a selection at better odds than the selections chances of winning.

How Do I Assess Chance?
Chance is a matter of opinion, often based on hours of form study. But if you haven’t the time to do this we’ve built a tool to help you find possible value bets based on a statistical analysis of past results.
Statistical Analysis?
 That’s right. We look at a player or a teams past results in different ways to help us assess their chance of success.
We use all recent form, recent home and away form (if applicable), recent head to heads (if applicable) and recent head to heads at the ground where the match is taking place and things like form on the playing surface for tennis matches.
These match histories and other statistics like recent WLD form, goals scored & conceded and other stats are all available within the ValueChecker site by clicking on  - for an overall summary of the results and stats for the two teams
For more specific information on the stats for a particular outcome (like the chances of a draw between the two teams) then click on the links on the Stat Odds or Value Indicators to take you to the detailed analysis for that outcome.
Here you can see how we take these stats and analyze them to give an indication of the likely outcome of each selection. This produces STAT ODDS
We then compare the STAT ODDS to the BEST ODDS available to give an indication of possible VALUE PICKS. This is broadly based on Kelly's criterion as described in our Stake Optimisation guide
The value indicator is shown against each outcome so you can quickly see how the odds compare to our statistical analysis.
The selections with the highest value ratings then make up our "Value Picks" as listed on the right.
